How long will it take to complete my project?
We have a track record of completing our customer's launches in 30 days or less. This is subject to receiving all the necessary assets that we require from you. This includes but is not limited to images, your schedules, etc.
Will this replace my existing website?
Our site can either serve as your primary website (if you don't already have one) or we can incorporate it into your existing site. If you already have a site, we will need your domain details if you have one set up, but we don't require access to your existing website to do this.
How much do I need to spend on ads?
If you choose to run ads (Professional Package) then we recommend a minimum of £500 per month to get started.
Can I cancel my plan if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your website is launched if, for any reason, you feel our service is not for you. After the 30 days are up, you can cancel your plan at any time. We cannot offer refunds after 30 days. For more information, please read our refund policy here.
What social media platforms will you manage for my business and what does this include?
As part of our Growth and Professional packages, we can manage your Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Twitter accounts. We ask that you please send us any relevant content you regularly wish for us to promote your business with (example, photos of an event from your store, a special offer on a product, a video of a painted mini, a new set of cards etc). Alternatively, we can go ahead and use our own promotional ideas if that's easier for you.
Is this an e-commerce website?
No, this is a website and marketing system to drive more customers to your business both in-store and online. If you already have an e-commerce website set up, this can be incorporated with your existing site to generate more business for you. Or it can serve as your primary website if you don't have one.
Would I have to pay for a domain if I don't have one already or is this included in the price?
You will be required to pay for a domain if you don't have one yet. Thankfully, this is very simple to set up and cheap to do so. A typical domain is only around £10-£20 for a whole year, but the exact price can vary. And it is your domain that you own that your site is connected to, so it will be in your details. If you need any assistance in setting this up, we're happy to help!
What is the Subscription-based Membership feature in the Professional Package?
The Subscription-based Membership feature is a members-only area of your site where you can provide exclusive access to your customers who sign-up to generate recurring revenue for your business.

What will you need from me?
Depending on the package you select, we will require assets like your logos, images, schedules, digital content, anything you feel is necessary to include, as well as your contact details. If you already have an existing website for your business and would like our pages and marketing system integrated, we will need your domain details to do this when ready.
How long will it take until I see results?
This will largely be dependent on the package you choose. Our Starter and Growth packages will require some effort from you in terms of driving organic traffic to the site. Our Professional packages speed things up by utilizing traffic from paid advertising.
Does the Professional Package include ad spend?
No, the price of our Professional Package does not include ad spend. This will be paid by you in addition to our monthly fee directly to the ad network.
If I decide to sell digital content on my site, what can this include?
Anything you feel your customers would be interested in! From ebooks, painting lessons, card tournaments, strategies and tactics, lore videos, terrain masterclasses, your podcast, showcasing your products. You can really be creative with this!
If I sell Digital Products on my site, does a percentage of sales go to you or do I keep it all?
We do not take a cut of your sales revenue. You keep 100% of your sales profits.
I am online-only and don't have a hobby shop on the high street. Can I still use you?
Yes! We serve all hobby businesses both in-store and online.
Can I use you if I stock card games and board games?
We do indeed serve stores that sell card games and board games!
