  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date your website is officially launched and live.

  • If you are not satisfied within this 30-day period, you may request a full refund of your initial setup fee.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to matt@universebusinessgrowth.com

  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

  • The 30-day guarantee period begins only once the website is fully completed, approved by you, and launched on your domain.

  • If a refund is issued, your website hosting and related services through Hobby Launch will be terminated.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the client has requested extensive revisions beyond the original project scope or has violated our terms.
